I’ve lived at the vista since December 2017. Shannon and Winter were by far the best staff this complex has ever seen. Today as I was asking for a temporary pass, the new office manager is extremely rude, didn’t even attempt to look for a place to park, lied about residents not being able to have guests, and is overall terrible customer service. I spend hard earned money to live here and when the leasing manager makes it so unpleasant for a simple request, it scares me to see what the future holds for this complex. Very sad.... read more
My partner and I have lived at the Vista for about the past two years. We have had an outstanding experience. There are so many wonderful things about this place. For instance, the apartments are new and updated, the maintenance team is quick, responsive and friendly, the complex is close to great parks, and the management team is always friendly, accommodating, and willing to work with you. The complex is great value for the price. I highly recommend this complex to anyone.
I would not recommend moving here. The management does not care about maintenance, our ceilings are getting water from our neighbor above us which they only patch up and the problem always comes back. But they definitely are always on time when it comes to collecting rent. We feel not taking care of. The sign at the entrance says “luxury” but there’s nothing luxurious about this place. Oh and we’ve been here 3 years and they never cleaned our chimney or our neighbors chimney who’s been here longer than us.
All is well until you move out. If you read the reviews, most reviews are for current living tenants. Wait till you try to move out! Don't expect any deposit back. They want you to prep the apartment move-in ready for the new tenants. Meaning if you don't clean it to their standard, you'll have to pay out of pocket to pay for professional cleaning service...and then see what happens. We did NOT leave the place dirty. It was clean, maybe not spotless, but thats what they want. Not a dime was given back. Not legal!
