Janine Kondas has been our Activity Aide for over a year. During that time she has used her expertise as a Certified Athletic Therapist to initiate some excellent exercise programmes. Her classes are well attended and are tailored to the abilities of the participants with the aim of keeping us fit and active. I have known Janine Kondas for the past year-plus in her capacity aa Activity Director, working both on the Memory Care floor, as well as in the rest of the Chartwell Vista buiding. I have observed her working with my husband who is a patient on the Memory Care floor. She is cheerful, optimistic and strives to get the best out of each patient. Her work is exceptional.
