I would not recommend sending your kid to live here. They charge crazy fees when they move out for cleaning and damages no matter how clean you leave the place. If for some reason you decide to live here (I WOULD NOT!) Then take pictures and videos before you move in and after you leave for sure! Then when they claim you owe all this money for cleaning, they only put it in the students Vista portal a month later so you have no idea that the charge is there. Homeless have access 24/7 into East.
No coffee machine or printer all year, and equipment has been broken in the weight room as “temporarily out of service” but has never been fixed. There are no locks on the doors to the building so anyone including homeless people can do as they please through the halls and in the lobby.
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. Also the hot tub is perfect for the cold Boise winters and early spring days. It's super close to campus and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live this summer or next school year!
This place sucks. I am only giving it one star because 0 stars is not available. Horrible staffing, they are incompetent and dont have any knowledge or ability to answer simple questions. Their only response is "we'll have someone contact you about that". It might say the office is open until 6 but they'll lock the door at 5:00 and give you a dirty look when you need something. Absolutely hate this place, will not recommend to anyone. �
I would rather live in a box. At least my box doesn't have holes and vomit on the walls ❤
