I would not recommend sending your kid to live here. They charge crazy fees when they move out for cleaning and damages no matter how clean you leave the place. If for some reason you decide to live here (I WOULD NOT!) Then take pictures and videos before you move in and after you leave for sure! Then when they claim you owe all this money for cleaning, they only put it in the students Vista portal a month later so you have no idea that the charge is there.
