I fought with myself on whether or not I wanted to write this review. But I thought it important to share my experience. The "care" my pet and I received from this clinic was unprofessional and quite frankly, unnerving. I brought my new puppy in to have a small check-up. It should have taken 20 minutes. Yet, over the next HOUR, Dr. Snyder beraded me for the type of dog I adopted. Saying things like..."Well you didn't think. She is a really high energy dog and you don't have the resources for her. Doctor Snyder will be loving and caring to your fur baby. She spent all day just on my dog and I am very grateful to her.
I didn't go to the visiting vets, but I called him 3 hours after closing and he answered the phone and answered my questions and wished me well. What a gentleman!
Dr. Snyder is the best of the best! She did her best to try and save my dog in what was already a very bad situation. Having to end up putting him down, Dr. Snyder was SO comforting during the whole thing and made one of my worst days bearable. She has been the best to my family and I and I can’t thank her and her staff enough for everything they have done for us and our pets. I feel at home in her office and my dogs do as well!
