I would save yourself some time and frustration, and find a different office to get your glasses from. The Dr. was fantastic, but the office to order and get your glasses is a nightmare. We’ve been notified 3 different times now that my son’s glasses have arrived, just to drive across town and be told they don’t have them and it should be next week. It’s been over a month now, no glasses. Not acceptable for anyone, especially a you d child in school, to have to wait over a month for glasses…
Dr. Fallin and his staff are amazing!
Dr. Fallin is fantastic. He’s personal and very thorough. And, Cindy from the optical department is a total pro. She knows what she’s doing and takes the necessary time to get your frames and lens correct.
Dr. Fallin is the best. I have seen several in Lubbock before going to him and love him! Him and his office staff are so sweet and helpful!
On Sunday our dog jumped in bed and scratched my cornea pretty bad. I was in so much pain my boyfriend called everyone in the midland area and no one responded to his calls. So we reached out in Lubbock and Dr. Fallin responded very quickly. Dr. Fallin was very professional and so comforting and reassuring when dealing with my fears and eye pain.
