My experience at The Vision Co. was optimal. Dr. Nguyen was awesome and the team was able to get me set up with everything I needed. The support staff was friendly and succinct, and most importantly, very helpful. I had Celeste in particular took the time to help me through the math so I got the most bang for my buck. Jimmy got me my glasses promptly and they came in perfect condition (perfectly sized and balanced) which is more than I can say about the previous places I’ve tried. Such a great experience at Dr. Nguyen’s office! The staff was kind and helpful, and Dr. Nguyen was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered clearly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Nguyen and the entire team were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional. Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and exceptional care. I switched to The Vision Co. Eye Care & Optical this year and Dr. Nguyen has been AMAZING. She helped me sort through my insurance without making my brain hurt (5 stars just for that), was super flexible with scheduling, and made the whole process ridiculously easy. Plot twist: My favorite glasses got stolen. I sent her a random photo of me wearing them like, “Is this even possible?” She somehow found the exact pair online for me.
