very professional and thorough, highly recomend, get your eyes done right the fist time.
I had right eye cataract surgery 2 weeks ago and left eye 2 days ago, Nov and Dec 2025. Every visit, pre-surgery, post-surgery and the days of both surgeries have been quick and efficient and very positive experiences. Every staff person who I interacted with during all my visits to the Vision Centre were professional and friendly. And as for Dr Welch, a true gentleman and an expert in his profession. I couldn’t recommend Dr Welch and the Vision Centre level 1 staff more highly.
I have been visiting Roger for over 20 years for cataracts, glaucoma follow up visits etc and while he has a dry sense of humour he is a fantastic professional and i will continue seeing him as necessary
Dr Roger Welch is extremely rude person. I was seeing him first time 8 years ago he was good, then the last 2 years I have been his rude and wouldn’t explain things to me about my eye situation which is only dry and itchy . He talks to his staff infront of me about my eyes and when I said what do you mean the term you used he just ignores me and just want me out of the room. I think he’s getting old and crazy
I had a fantastic experience at Vision Centre. Dr. Roger was able to fit me in for a last minute appointment, which I really appreciated. He was thorough, professional, and made the whole process very smooth. A special mention to Karen at the front desk too, she was absolutely wonderful with my young son, making sure he was comfortable and even providing him with snacks to keep him happy while we waited.
