We moved into the Veridian apartments in the fall and had very positive experiences beginning with the lease agreement. The day we signed, a staff member at the leasing office, Jae, gave an hour of his time to stay and get us our keys for move-in even after the leasing office had closed. We really love the floors and the small gated yard space. The community itself is beautiful. It is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, a fast-food restaurant and several churches. I have been a resident for approx. 5 years. The staff at the Viridian is youthful and friendly. They are very understanding and handle problems promptly and effectively. Honesty is hard to find in todays business dealings. Sophia is a great problem solver and always willing to listen. She is honest with her answers. Jay is very knowledgeable and always willing to listen to a problem and is never to busy to talk or show an apartment. ** just added a video of the cockroaches that are always on the property everywhere. ** I’ve been living at Viridian Apartments for 3.5 years, and unfortunately, the last year has been a nightmare. I’ve dealt with persistent AC issues, leaks, and prolonged delays in getting anything fixed. The management team is completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite claiming to be open from 10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays, the office is consistently closed whenever I’ve tried to visit. It also took them over two months to address a small l... read more
