David is a great asset to the Viridian team. Any time we’ve had the need for help with maintenance issues, he has done a great job. Several times we’ve had emergency issues and he has helped right away to avert bigger problems. In addition he’s always so pleasant and kind whenever we see him around the complex.
My experience at the Viridian has been great! The ladies Genesis and April were super helpful and kind. Very welcoming and professional with everything.

If you love cockroaches, crickets and beetles, boy is this the place for you! Been a resident for over two years and in that time have been in touch with management about the on going bug issue. The two stars is because management will listen and send the exterminator to spray, but are very slow to actually solve the problem. If you gave 24 hours notice with a work order and went down to the office and the issue wasn't fixed, wouldn't you be pissed! Especially with an on going infestation like this.
