Scheduled an appointment and arrived early and was waiting in the lounge but was sent a text saying my appt was cancelled. I wasted 30 mins of my time. I will not be going back.
Jerry was above and beyond. Although I was certain of my goal and have waited 5 years for this cut, he was patient, courteous, and kind. He was purposeful in providing his professional advice during our consultation. Through out the cut he checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Although I had set an appointment for a transformation cut, it felt like a smooth and enjoyable experience. My hair was past my shoulders, curly, and big.
