Run down and stole $58 from my card. No damage, not even a request for more towels or anything from front desk and charged an additional $58 with no reason, email or verification or notification. Old rooms, run down, bent screens, no air conditioning or windows to fully open.
Experience was amazing. Great customer service. Justin was such a great help as well 10/10 for sure. 🤙
Great place all week for our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We’re from the Western Slope and a small town where everyone waves to each other. Come Friday night and Denver comes up here- completely different-everyone ignores you.This is why I don’t live in the city-completely different mentality..

This review isn’t even about the hotel, which was amazing for the price and the area was so beautiful. But the people working the front desk were so helpful, I got left behind at the hotel and had to figure out how to get to the airport in Denver, I would not have been able to figure out any of it if not for Mac and Dan! They were so unbelievably helpful and so nice when I was in a tough situation. Even after the trip ending like I did I will absolutely be back!
