I like the apartments someone comes to clean weakly & onsite maintenance
Great place to stay , quiet wonderful service the managers are nice and maintenance gets done with work fast ,and hardly see a roach they spray on a regular every month . I have no mice or rats at all . I told the truth .
I've been here a year there are no rats or bugs management very good they keep place clean they have a crew come clean every Tuesday
Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve been living here long enough to say this is one of the worst apartments I’ve ever rented. There are constant cockroaches and even rats — no matter how many times you clean or call pest control, they always come back. The whole building smells musty, and the air feels damp all the time. I went yesterday to visit someone who just moved in & I will never set foot back there the smells are so godawful! Mold inside the entry halls not to mention smoke smells as well as chemicals. I was there barely 20 minutes & that was more then enough for my children & I. NOT clean @ all, kitchen cabinets should have been scrubbed clean from roaches & should have been painted.
