I am super satisfied with the move-in process. Sonia was very helpful and got me in to my apartment fast. The apartment is clean and quiet. Sonia made this possible for me. She was patient, kind, and direct. I am very excited to be living here.
I found the apartments on Google and went to check them out, I was helped by Sonia Avila Esquivias, she has been and is absolutely a wonderful young lady, I really appreciate how fast she was able to get me into my new place , she literally went above and beyond to make sure that I had a new place to live after I have been looking for months, she helped me out as soon as something was available and I am even more grateful because it wasn't an upstairs unit, I appreciate the way she had maintenance and the cleaning crew getti... read more
Sonia is such a light - she’s hard- working and so kind! She always makes sure my issues are resolved timely and cares deeply about her tenants. If you are having a bad day she is someone who will take time out of her day and listen if she sees you looking down. The wood floors give such a timeless feel. I POVE my pastel blue bathroom. Living at Vintage Apartments has been a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Sonia. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and takes care of matters almost immediately whenever something comes up. She treats all the residents with so much warmth and respect. We are so lucky to have her!
Been leaving here for a couple of years. Problems are taking care of. Managers have come and gone but Sonia has been here the longest and has been the best manager. Always looking out for her tenants.
