Deceptive application process. They don't tell you that you need an insane perfect credit score with literally no negative items or you are denied. I've never had so much difficulty renting anywhere else in my life, including more higher class apartments in Scottsdale. Do not apply your money will be gone.
loving this area the apartment is perfect and spacious especially for a small family the staff is kind and very helpful Noah is amazing im referring my sister to this place
I have lived here for over 5 years and other than a few manager changes it has been a refreshing experience over all. Great maintenance people, awesome landscaping, and new management team has been really easy to deal with.
The Vintage offers a calm, clean, and quiet environment, making it a great place to relax, work, or escape the city's noise. The management responds quickly to any issues in the apartments. The staff is professional and always respectful and efficient. Lauryn, who mostly attends to me, is courteous and attentive to my concerns. If you want a peaceful atmosphere and reliable support from the leasing staff, this property is a great choice.
I have lived here 6 years, and have no plans to leave. The maintenance guys are the best in the game! The management team is fantastic. I highly recommend the vintage apartments to anyone who wants to live at a place where people care
