Fixed issue in a timely manner. They were efficient and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
I applied for a tour last Friday, receiving an automated confirmation email immediately. The tour was to be in person today at 3:30PM, but I hadn’t received any intention to show the apartment (outside of their automated system). I attempted to call the complex 4X beginning at 9AM to ensure we could have the tour. Nobody reached out until about an hour before the appointment was to start.
