They do not disclose this when you’re viewing/touring the apartments but there is a 3-6 months or longer waitlist if you’re applying for the affordable/low income apartments. My husband and I applied, a week and a half later got approved and she said we were put on the waitlist, I asked how long and she says “3-6 months or could be longer.” We literally would NOT have applied if we knew this… waste of our $75 dollars for the application fee.
The Vininge at Christiana is quiet and peaceful. Way better than how my experience has been elsewhere. I love it here already and from my apartment I have a wonderful view.
I am into my 2nd year here. Quiet, clean, GREAT staff and I like the complex. The management is responsive, repairs are done quickly and it’s a nice place to live. Update --June, 2026-- I am still here and still enjoy the community. The management and staff keep the place running well. I'm glad I'm still here.
