The maintenance man John is literally the best. He’s helped me push my car up a snowy hill, and helped my girlfriend jump her car and retrieve her keys out of the drain. He’s always willing to help with a smile on his face!
Been here for a while and I really think the low ratings reflect old management. The team here is excellent. Maintenance needs get addressed quickly, and the office staff is amazing. Great place to live - sparkling pool, green grass, and reasonably thick walls. When you bring things up to staff here, they actually work to address them. No complaints!
This is hands down the most disgusting apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is gross and their staff will not lift a finger to change it. It is so disgusting here. I wish I'd never stepped foot in this place. I have lived in ghetto apartments that cost 300 a month that did a better job of keeping up the grounds. Their pictures are super old. This is hands down the most disgusting apartment I have ever lived in my life. This complex allows its tenants to pile up big pile of dog poop below other tenants windows and refuse to clean it. The property is gross, there is dog poop and trash all over the grounds. They false advertise it being a gated community which apartments charge 15 % for but there is a break in the fence you can drive a car through making the gate pointless while the charge you for a gated community.
