Great floor plans , community close to everything. Great financing options made it affordable to get my new Home .
This is a very difficult review for me to have to post. I would give the Townhomes themselves a B+. I love my home. I don't want to move. It's what is happening inside our community that is horrific, inside "The Vineyards" townhome subdivision that has become a Drug Haven. We have a Drug Dealer who lives on Zinfandel Street and deals out of his townhome, out of his vehicle parked at the corner of Moscato and Zinfandel and as of last night had buyers pulling up in front of other homeowners driveways that are adjacent to this ... read more
