Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this community. My monthly Entergy bill sometimes reached approximately $450 for a small apartment living two person only. Management initially told me it was an Entergy matter, but later said an AC-related opening had contributed to the high usage. I also experienced bugs near the drains, wasp nests outside, and difficulty obtaining pest-control service despite paying a monthly fee. I’ve been living here for about three months now, and I can honestly say I absolutely LOVE my apartment! 🥰 The high ceilings are definitely one of my favorite features—I’m still impressed every time I walk in like, “Yep… this is MY place!” I truly have no complaints. From the moment I moved in, my experience has been nothing but positive. I honestly love living here! The staff is very interactive and involved with the residents, and they truly make you feel like you’re part of a community. CJ, Bre, and Nakell are all amazing! There’s always something going on in the office, and my daughter loves stopping by to see what goodies they have The office staff really goes above and beyond to celebrate and connect with residents.
