I have had an issue for a year with some kind of animal In between the walls of my bedroom and the next door wall with an attic . I’ve put literally 22 work orders in and emailed the manager on and off for a year as the noise is periodically. One maintenance guy tried to fix the issue but hasn’t succeeded. The mgr apparently doesn’t care so if you want things done in a timely manner I suggest don’t move here . Also, when I moved in , I didn’t have a stove. I would not recommend living here at all. Like many other reviews state, the property management is inadequate. The front office isn’t occupied, and the “office hours” are MWF 1-5 pm, so it’s hard to contact anyone. This made dealing with ANYTHING an absolute headache. I lived here for two years and there were frequently issues with my unit, including flooding and mold. It was very difficult to get anything properly taken care of with maintenance. This place has potential if the management and owners as well as maintenance cared. Unfortunately you can’t reach anyone when you need them, they enter your place without advanced notice, they don’t take care of any amenities, and the balconies on these places are completely unsafe they are made of old wood and the railings are quite loose and probably a safety hazard, they hire cheap maintenance that doesn’t do they’re job properly, gardening sucks.It’s sad that the tenants do more yard work and maintenance than maintenance... read more

Apartments are a little bit on the older side, but yet seemed to be clean and well kept on the outside. I was moving somebody out of the apartment at the time, but there is plenty of space to move furniture in and out of without being crowded.
