This place has potential if the management and owners as well as maintenance cared. Unfortunately you can’t reach anyone when you need them, they enter your place without advanced notice, they don’t take care of any amenities, and the balconies on these places are completely unsafe they are made of old wood and the railings are quite loose and probably a safety hazard, they hire cheap maintenance that doesn’t do they’re job properly, gardening sucks.It’s sad that the tenants do more yard work and maintenance than maintenance... read more
Apartments are a little bit on the older side, but yet seemed to be clean and well kept on the outside. I was moving somebody out of the apartment at the time, but there is plenty of space to move furniture in and out of without being crowded.
This place is a joke. Like many of the other comments there is no real property management. Noisy neighbors, shut down pool, multiple maintenance issues. No way to pay rent electronically and they will not provide receipts for the payments you drop off left in the office for weeks at a time before they cash them. Then they will suddenly tell you your rent is past due by some crazy amount and you will have to pull your own records of money orders to prove their wrong doings. Do NOT live here. Very disappointed, poor communication, no reply or updates after turning in paperwork/application for place. Had to text manager that he needed to reply as he had our legal info like ids/licenses. Ended up cancelling the whole process. Manager is also NEVER in office and does not answer phone calls as they don’t have any business hours or phone.
