HORRIBLE service / maintence Any problem you have (washer, dryer, garbage disposal) will take them a week or more to fix. They rarely anwer the office phone. Rent is too dang high for the service and help they provide. It is such an inconvience to not get things done around your apartment when it is needed.
Pigeon poop everywhere Avoid these apartments. Pool and gym are always dirty and I have never seen anybody regularly clean the pool or hot tube. They have a pigeon problem and they poop is everywhere. You balcony will be useless because it will be filled with pigeon poop daily. You can sweep all you want but you will always have large amounts of poop. When we 1st moved in we left the balcony door open so our dog can go outside and get some sun, he ate some pigeon poop that rolled down from the roof and got very sick. When we... read more
