Delivery was perfect. However, what was ordered VS what was delivered is pretty different especially for what was paid. The description stated “As shown in photo” It was not even close to what was shown. I would not recommend the gift baskets.

I am so disappointed at the arrangement that I paid for. It was not cheap. I have used them In the past and was promised a gorgeous arrangement. My budget was between 700- 1000 and while I did get a discount and paid 550. This arrangement was so embarrassing for me. I am Not asking for any monies to be returned. This was the most impactful and important funeral in my life. I really hope you all do better. I couldn’t even bring it inside, I was too ashamed and removed the card.
Ordered via website and plant was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted florist with complaint and was told they don’t have time to contact their customers when something is not in stock. Very disappointed in absolutely no customer service. First pic attached is what I ordered and second (yellow) is what was sent
