Completely agree with Halee Roan. The office staff is not helpful at all. I have called multiple times in the past month with no answer or call back. I have lived here for almost three years now and my lease was about to end, unknown to me, the complex was not renewing leases so that they could renovate. I have never been the type to leave poor reviews, but this has been the WORST tenant experience & 12 months of my life & I want everyone to be aware. The staff in the office from the beginning of my lease has been rude, unhelpful, and genuinely just unprofessional. I have complained about issues in my apartment that have NEVER been fixed or even brought back to my attention. I can’t use the ice maker in my “brand new” fridge because it’s moldy & they won’t replace the filters like they’re supposed to nor get rid of the mold.... read more
Hated my time here . From the wolf spiders, to the maintenance people coming in my apartment unannounced, to the construction. The office people aren’t any help either. Moving out was the best decision I ever made.
Literally the worst place I’ve ever rented. Received an email at 4:58 pm stating that they are paving the parking lot where my car is normally parked. Email stated to have cars moved by 8am that same morning or your cars will be towed. I received no notice a day prior or even a phone call telling me to move my car. Now my car is in the impound lot until Monday at my expense. Not an even a note telling me who towed my car.
