I came into The Vines on January 29th till February 3,2026. I was having manic anxiety and depression from being Bipolar 1.This was my first time there. The staff treated me well. I have been admitted in Lifestream before in Leesburg, Florida . There is no comparison, definitely was treated better at The Vines. Three meals a day, group therapy and really caring staff!!! I will definitely return and let others know about The Vines!!!
Hospital is clean. Staff is professional. There are many groups, gym, time outside time, etc. Unfortunately when I went voluntarily from an emergency room I had an infection and two prescriptions. I was sent there in a cab from silver springs instead of an ambulance and completely forgot that I had an infection and two prescriptions which I am going to get tomorrow after 10 days. The staff were extremely attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The food was very good and the cafeteria staff were excellent.
