Horrible reporting... Biased storylines... Same old Vindicator!
Signed my father up for delivery. They are supposed to have delivery by 9am on the weekend. We are lucky if it gets delivered by 1030am. Contacted them twice, I was told a delivery manager would contact. After two weeks,NO RESPONSE. Neighbor of my father tomd me she contacted them five times and no one followed through. Called again told they all leave by 9am,also told most of them take the month of December off!!! Apparently they don't care about customer service. Would not spend one penny on this newspaper!!!!!
We have been subscribers of the weekend paper and paying online via a monthly withdrawal for 12 years without interruption, however in the last 2 months, we have been missed by the carrier on Sat or Sun, or in some circumstances, both days have been missed. We should not have to call to have a paper delivered, it negates the convenience aspect if we have to call every Sat & Sun. It keeps me up dated on everything, I moved out of Ohio to TN. It lets me know what happens in my home town. Nice to read about people and things back home, helps me to stay on top of news and events. Please keep it coming to me. Thank you Vindicator..
