We had the paper for a long time and was missed 2-3 times a week every time we called we were told it would be here in 30 minutes or less...still never came so we quit!
Their accounting department is horrible! Continuously trying to get them to post my dad's payments properly. He has never missed a payment but is always receiving calls from them saying he hasn't paid for his paper! Every month his online banking issues the check to them. Frustrated!!!
