Not even a 1 rating never go here, terrible management, my daughter signed a lease without anyone going over. There is no sort of human contact for assistance everything is automated when you get someone you get poor customer service. I myself am a leasing agent and would confirm an individual can in fact afford to pay the monthly rent prior to signing a lease this can affect the company's money as well as have a negative impact that can include a legal eviction on the student. Terrible management. They blame these kids for every small thing that goes wrong and charges them with damage fees almost monthly. I do not recommend this place.
