I have lived there for a year. It has DRASTICALLY gone downhill. It is definitely not safe there anymore. I would not recommend considering this a place to call home. Recent break ins and repeated attempts. They sent tenants the notice below. Way to look out for your tenants. You should have made all residents aware of these specific break ins. Very easy to tell by the pics this is the Villas on Fir.
