I’ve lived here for the past year and have never had a problem. The front office is super nice and helpful. Maintenance responds promptly to issues (even at midnight when your A/C decides to go out in the middle of summer). Can’t rave about all of them enough!
I have lived here almost 5 years this next month. It has been a wonderful experience, not one bug, and maintenance if needed on same day. Gym is awesome!! Amenities useful. Pet policy in place and a dog park. Not too expensive but perfect for retirees. Quiet neighbors, I can’t ask for better. I was included in a rent reduction based on my income!! I really enjoy living here. The people in the office are amazing and personable. The maintenence guys are professional and fast with and apartment issues. The grounds are kept clean and pretty and the new makeover is wonderful. The price isn't crazy expensive and they work with you when they can. 10/10 recommend. Debbie is a great property manager!
