We (My wife & I) live in Villa’s of Parkhaven. This past Sunday our AC went out during a thunderstorm. We went on line notifying them about the problem. Within 5 minutes, Troy the maintenance person called and said someone was on their way. The person knocked on the door while I was still speaking to Troy. The person was Nathan. He was on call. He fixed the AC problem IN 5 minutes. It was epic. This is the best place we ever lived.
I have lived here for 6 years and have always had positive and helpful interactions with every associate here. The team in the front office are always willing to answer any questions and offer clarification. The maintenance team is awesome. They are quick to address the issue and fast to complete the task. They do excellent work. Overall, I suggest anyone looking for an apartment to come live here. Great apartments, a beautiful pool area, tennis courts, and most important to me, there is a dog park. Each time I’ve called maintenance, they have come to my apartment and resolved my issue. I am thrilled with their response time.
I love this place! I would like to say that Amy that works in the office is absolutely AMAZING! She goes above and beyond all the time!!!
