I really appreciate the way that Debbie and Troy came over on their lunch break and cleared the ice off the side walk yesterday 😊 They found out that I had gone to the hospital in an ambulance.. The crew at the Villas of Parkhaven take care of the residents!

Biggest complaint is I got rid of my roommates and my place still smells like weed cause of my shitty neighbors. Hell yeah.
Ice broke up and left in breezeway. Carport collapsed next to my car and big chunks of ice at the back of my car and all around it so I can't get out of my parking spot to go pick up my BP meds that I need ASAP. Very disappointed with this place!!!
Outdated appliances, pest in many of the units. Poor customer service overall (for the exception of Roland). Would NOT recommend Villas of Parkhaven.
