I told my apartment complex about two weeks ago that I seen a mouse and the issue still have not been resolved. I currently am living outside of my home with a 10 month old and a 7 year old with severe epilepsy. There is now multiple mice in my home and its to no return and Ive lost a lot of my clothes and things that I have worked hard to get have gotten urinated on and pooped on by these mice. Been here since May 3, 2019. The property manager never did a formal walk through with us as residents like every apartment or townhouse complex or property does. When realizing how badly stained the carpet was, the property manager Patty, informed the maintenance man that our carpet was "not that bad" and she would not be changing it. i put in a maintenance request 2 months ago and all they keep telling me is that "we'll get to it" and now my heat isn't working i called them 11/8 morning of to get them to fix it and they say oh no we have other people with this problem as well..
