RecommendedI’ve been living in the Villas for about 2 months now, and it’s been a great experience! Everyone is so helpful, maintenance requests are addressed right away, and I love that they’re so pet friendly! We love the playground for when family visits, the dog park, and the friendly families we see along the way!
Very happy here, so far! We've been here 2 months now and haven't had any issues! There is still construction but that's obviously to be expected and it isn't around the clock. I love that it's pet friendly and I love seeing all the adorable pups out and about!
As one of the first tenants from the beginning, my family and I have enjoyed our time at the Villas. So much that we have recently renewed our lease for another year. The staff is amazing and will work with you to solve any problems. I have confidence in the maintenance staff that they will be able to fix issues or have someone come out immediately to fix it. They are scamming renters. The pool is green and you cannot swim in it. They send out eviction notices for non-payment of rent when in fact you have paid the rent and they return it to you stating they are not accepting it because you are being evicted for bogus complains. They are asking for 15k in the eviction notices for damages when they haven't even inspected to see if there are any damage. Your dog must be DNA tested and if the find droppings with your dogs DNA on it you will be fined (really?). You receive a noise com... read more
The Villas of Madison are truly the best in luxury living. This property is being built and managed by a quality company. They really understand and focus on customer service. The Villas of Madison is a similar model to the brand new property I manage in Brunswick, Ohio. The attention to detail, stylish finishes and fixtures make the suites feel more like a home. Lease up time here was so much fun and went so fast! I am so excited to be able to see this property become an amazing community.
I've seen that the suites have beautiful floor plans and amazing amenities! I'm excited to make the Villas of Madison my possible future home! The property looks like it will be absolutely stunning. The workers and contractors take pride in their work and truly want to make the Villas a comfortable setting for everyone.
