An amazing short time here at the Villas. Sarah and Mary were wonderful concierges. Villa we stayed in had zero issues. Hot tub fully functional. Room was quiet with distributed Bluetooth audio from the bathroom to the patio with the hot tub. A simple walk up the hill to many restaurants located in the main hotel. Reserved parking just outside the fenced in Villas.
The Villas at the San Luis resort were above and beyond the best luxury getaway for couples who want to fully relax and be pampered. We were so astounded by how luxurious the accommodations were and how attentive the staff was to every need we had. We went there for a couple of nights in early September to get away after having months and months of issues with health and family emergencies etc. We just really wanted to go and be pampered and feel relaxed. This was one of if not the best experience my wife and I had. Let me put it this way, we have traveled to multiple 4-5 stars resorts and the San Luis Villas is in our top 3. The Villas were exceptionally clean and the privacy we loved. The personal service that they provide is impeccable. The added bonus is that you get your own assigned parking spot. We will definitely be coming back!!!
I had the pleasure of staying there me and Archie Casselberry in villa five Mother’s Day and I just wanted to say that Mary who took care of us was the best of the best the staff was amazing, but Mary went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of we’ve already spoke to other people that is going to book because of the way Mary took care of us. I just want to say thank you Mary for everything you did to make my Mother’s Day great Thank you Cheryl
