My grandmother was here for a few months and it started out okay. After a while she became weak and it pain. One time specifically during the middle of the night she was unable to press her call button being that she was so weak for an increase in pain medication and she laid there for hours waiting for the staff to do their rounds. I was treated very well by the therapy staff. They were very professional yet personable. My nurse ZACH was the best and should receive an raise. And Colin was very good and helpful as well. My room was clean everyday I give the villas 5 stars.
