I've been living at the Villas At Riverbend in Kingsport, going on 6 years. Emily, Tabitha, Rob and Todd are great! If a problem ever arises, they are very quick to take care of it. The Riverbend staff is always so polite, professional and welcoming. Keep up the great work Riverbend! Shelly Mattern
Apartment management here is very concerned about appearance. Nothing can be placed in front of the front door or on the balcony. Not even a plant or a Welcome sign. If you put up Christmas decorations after New Year's you will be notified. However, they will not help you with noise. Noise should be the most important thing for an apartment.
