I have lived here for 5 months, and it is very clear that management knows the issues these buildings have. They are known by the staff and management, and their staff do nothing to fix. The paint has been painted over so many times that everything underneath has been collecting grime and mold, dirt there for decades. The metal fixtures were disgusting, and we had to replace them because they were uncleanable with rust and dirt. The light bulbs that were installed had the highest wattage.
