We moved almost a month ago, the process was very fast thanks to the help of Marie she was very attentive and patient throughout the process, the place is incredibly clean beautiful trees and a safe and quiet place to go for a run! My family and I are loving this place ❤️
The villas is a nice a neighborhood to be in. All of my neighbors are kind. If you have kids it’s kid friendly. It’s a lovely area to be in
I have lived in this community for many years. It has been a wonderful place to call home. The office/maintenance staff are awesome. Everything is always handled in a timely manner.❤️
I love that they keep the landscaping up. I love the visits from the deer and the ducks. It's a peaceful place to live.
Hi I have lived at The Villas at kingswood for a year now. Marie made the process of the application all move in steps, clear and simple. She’s been available each time. I’ve called to ask questions or to put in a maintenance request.. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The View off my back porch is wooded and I enjoy drinking my coffee from the porch watching the birds and some Deer each morning.. love living here and looking forward to many more years!
