Great place! Very clean and quiet place to live. I love the private entry and exit off little road. The property manager on her crew, Brenda, Jennifer, and Elena are very professional and keep you informed and answer any questions! Overall, I give Hunter Ridge at 10!
I HAVE LIVED IN HUNTER'S RIDGE NEW Port Richey, FL. FOR 3 YEARS. I GIVE RACHAL & OFFICE STAFF 5 STARS! Apts. are all 1 story & in great location. And, no Flood Zone. Near Shopping & Etc.
I’ve just signed the new lease and made it 10 years here ! . I love it here because it’s a great community with kind and attentive staff and good neighborhood
I am renewing my lease because I love living here. RACHEL is a wonderful person! She is always aware of our needs. Just met Elena Kennedy the new person in the leasing office, a very pleasant person.
My parents have been there a years now and they love it. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Anytime there is a a problem, they are out the same day to fix it. The duplexes are the perfect size for an older couple. Plus the prices are very reasonable!
