I’ve lived at The Villas for 9 years and I really LOVE IT‼️ I remember dreaming to live here when they were brand new in 2009 and I have been so happy to live in Hesperia at The Villas, the staff is always very friendly and helpful too! It’s very peaceful and clean!
It is an amazing place. Quiet and fits what I need to live comfortably. One thing that does annoy me is the fact that I pay so much in rent while others pay way less. I have been here 2 years and I have never missed a rent payment or even been late and still I pay a full amount for my apartment. That to me is really unfair.
The community is very clean and quiet. The neighbors are very nice and introduced themselves to us. Cristal was extremely helpful through the entire process and when we needed maintenance, they were quick and thorough
