Living here has been an absolute nightmare for me. It’s the worst place I have ever lived. Also the first place I had to ever terminate a lease. On move in day, I had to hire a cleaning service because the place was so dirty. The fridge/freezer had bugs that never went away even when maintenance tried cleaning it. Thinking of moving in? Don’t. I lived here for 3 years. It was decent at first but after Hurricane Milton the property had gone downhill. It’s new management and you can tell. Maintenance requests are never actually fixed. Our AC was broken on and off for NINE months. We kept reporting it and they’d come and fix it ”fix” it but within days it wouldn’t be working again. If I could give this place a zero I would. I have had so many issues with management. I had a roach infestation that they did not take care of, until two months had gone by. I had my air conditioning broken for three months, that management said was not a priority and living in Florida it is definitely a priority as my apartment was always at 80 degrees or higher . Rude office. Poor management. Gross dirty laundry rooms. Kids come in and smoke pot on the stairs and in laundry rooms. Trashy place.
He estado viviendo en Atlas con mi esposo por un año y medio y ha sido una experiencia realmente agradable. El lugar está muy bien cuidado, es tranquilo,el personal es súper amable y se siente como si realmente estuviera en casa.Hemos tenido algunos problemas de mantenimiento en el apartamento pero el personal ha sido muy preocupado y han tratado de darle la solucion inmediata a lo sucedido y han mantenido comunicacion constante,dandole seguimiento al problema hasta ser solucionado.
