I wouldn’t even rate it a one star. absolutely disgusting place and they never clean and take forever to remodel things. don’t recommend it here. landlord is slow and irresponsible. noise level is bad. i never got my deposit back either so😀
First off, I’ll start by giving a shout out to Kelsi and Crystal. Both of them are great people here at the villas. Kelsi who is the manager it’s a very very understanding manager she’s someone you can go to and talk to when you have any difficulty when it comes to paying of rent or other stuff going on with you personally, and you need like time to figure things out you reach out to Kelsi she’s there for you to attend to you. Horriblly over priced. Very dirty. I am ashamed that this was my son’s first experience living away from home. They asked for a $250 deposit and never told us it was non refundable and now they are refusing to give it back. Bad experience for both student and parent.
