This was a beautiful venue for my highschool winter formal. We took pictures outside on the grounds and they were perfect. If you're looking for a rustic looking event center or landscape for pictures I highly recommend Emerald Falls.
The HOA drives through the neighborhood taking pictures of what they think is violations of the HOA an LE. They cruise around During the day and They send letters out threatening HOA Violations assuming the homeowner is violationing the Bilaws without Contacting the homeowners for the truth. I.E. neighborhood has a babysitter parked in the street, during the hours of 0700-1800hrs and PARTIALLY parked in front of your house. We are very pleased with Capital Homes so far. Allen, Ryan and Amy have been fantastic. Of all the builders we looked at they were by far the most professional and friendly. We are still in the building phase, but Allen and Ryan have been fantastic ,they are great about keeping open communication. I know things can happen with a new construction, but I trust Allen and the Capital Homes team would be responsive to get anything fixed. We are very excited for out new home.
