No cable providers other the over priced broad star, gates are always broken and pool on my side has been close for over 6 months you have to pay for parking and they just jacked that up from $35 a month to $100 a month. So much more to complain about but HOA doesn’t care as long as the owner of the condo keeps paying, also smells like weed every day!!!! Horrible can wait to leave in 6 months!!! Suppose to do the mulch around the patio but it’s been 4 months and still nothing. 😡🥵🤬
RecommendedIt’s a lovely place to live.
This problems with this place are getting old fast. I’m regretting renewing my lease. Pool has been closed for almost a year. Gates are always breaking. The lawn maintenance people are always blowing debris on my car. You have no options for a good internet provider, no ATT, Comcast, etc. you have to choose a place that has the worst reviews ever seen - Broadstar. For what I pay to live here, I expect more.

I've lived in the emerald dunes villas for over 3 years now. Its beautiful, but extremelyyyy expensive & in ny opinion over-priced. But, my parents and I love the aot & especially the clubhouse n the pool!!
