Overall, we had a good stay. We didn’t get into our room until 4:45 PM because apparently the room they had assigned to us had engineering issues. We weren’t very happy about the delay or the lack of communication, so they gave us a $200 room credit to help compensate us for the issue, which was certainly appreciated. Then, that night, as I went to wash my face with a washcloth, I found it to be literally torn and worn and had little black hairs on it.
