Our room at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa was wonderful. There was room enough for 9 of us to spread out. The kitchenette was handy as well as the washer and dryer (although in use, they were pretty loud). It was nice to have pools for swimming and places to grab quick meals or a sit down meal. All the hotel cast members were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

This was definitely a magical vacation. Everyone was cheerful, accommodating, helpful and professional. The hotel, Grand Floridian, was clean, had fabulous accommodations and everything available until late in the day (we arrived back late from the parks!) The meal plan was very helpful in finding food and service without hassle.

Awesome location on Monorail … Disney’s flagship . Rooms have been remodeled with oversized bathrooms w separate vanity from toilet which adds to convenience. One big miss … needs to have complimentary water bottles in room … ridiculous for $750-$1000 night room and have to walk to quick service restaurant to buy water. Also, should have filtered water filling stations in all buildings.

I always stay at the grand Floridian. This time I stayed dvc and the room was dirty poop on the toilet seat surfaces all with sticky food tooth paste on the floor and the bathroom shower was broken. So they moved me rooms and the second room was dirty bed and hair on the towels shower and table under the tv. Bell took me and my things with my daughter down to front desk and they said they would have someone clean it. Absolutely gorgeous resort. Everything is beautiful. Definitely not worth the price since all we did was sleep and shower there.
