It would be a five, but there is not enough parking, which is super annoying when trying to find parking spots after work, etc.
Update: Been at this apartment complex for about 14 months and the crime rate is increasing such and people breaking into cars, random strangers driving through the parking lot looking through car windows, extreme dumpster divers and the police activity over the last few weeks has increased. It's not as safe as it use to be, rent at your own risk. Plus when you renew your lease they increase 30% and don't offer any accommodation to clean your carpets or to come in to see if you need repairs. Lived here for about 6 month and ... read more
