Question? Why is it that certain tenants don't have to comply with the "no open flame grills" clause in the rental agreement? The property management leaves at 5pm (or before) and by 5:15pm the entire property is littered with dozens of grills cooking more burgers, hot dogs and BBQ than most restaurants do! Yet when I moved in I was told I couldn't have a grill even if I kept it inside. Is there a secret fee these tenants pay to get by that rule? Just curious...
I will never recommend this complex to anyone. The administration and management are completely out of touch and the fees for move out are completely ridiculous. The fees and lazy service they have in place are the most ridiculous things that I have ever seen at an apartment complex or rental property. I have lived at 4 other rental properties in my life, none of which are as despicably run as this place.
