Horrible experience. Parking here is an absolute nightmare unless you pay for a garage. On Halloween night, I parked in another spot not knowing it was sometime else’s spot to be courteous because mine was taken, and despite having a valid resident sticker, my car was towed without warning. Their own notice said this “may lead to further issues and may lead to towing,” yet they towed immediately. I had to pay $505 to get my car back, and management did nothing to help. My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Chloe Ricca at The Villas Anacapa. She went above and beyond — meeting us on her day off to give us a tour, showing us multiple units she thought we’d love, and staying in touch every step of the way to make sure our move-in was smooth. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and attentive customer service from a residential community. Highly recommend requesting Chloe if you’re considering moving here!
We love everything about living here and wish we could give the place five stars if it weren't for the horrific parking situation. It is nearly impossible to find a reasonably close parking spot after 6pm. We pay extra every month for a garage, but since we have two cars, we are constantly worried about finding parking for one car. There are simply not enough spaces for the sheer amount of units in the complex and residents are left to suffer because of it. Amenities are very nice. However, managment and customer service is terrible. They will nickel and dime you for every service they can. They change their policies frequently and expect residence to be ok with bad managment decisions. Will definitely be looking elsewhere when the lease agreement is up.
