Let’s be honest the only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because Tre is always helpful and polite when it comes to me calling the office or going in person, he always have a welcoming smile when entering the office. But besides that it’s honestly been crazy living here, you got neighbors kids throwing items off the balconies, you’ll see kids climbing on equipment.There was times where I would put in a work order and it either gets canceled or say no entry, I still have issues with my apartment and yet no one has been ba... read more
The guy in the office Tre is always so helpful when I call! I completed a tour and he answered all my questions and concerns. He helped me feel at ease! He was truly the highlight of my day!
Tre is wonderful! You can genuinely tell he's invested in making sure your needs are met, and he makes you feel like your concerns actually matter. Whenever I brought something up, he'd thank me for telling him instead of making it feel like an inconvenience, and every issue was handled quickly.
