Tre is always helpful and has been amazing with communication and helping me through the process to get my lease renewed. The rest of the staff are very helpful, always fixing what needs fixed. I'm thankful to live here.
I normally do not write reviews, but after the experiences I've had over the past year, I feel it is important to share my concerns. I honestly hate to do this but sheer frustration is what has brought me to this level. I feel as though I have no recourse, so where am I supposed to go? In the beginning when they are trying to get you to move into the apartments, they are so professional, readily available and you tell yourself that you are probably going to like living at "The Villas." I've been trying to get in contact with the office for over a month. Leaving voicemails and calling nearly every day. I need to schedule a day to renew my lease and I need to ask from time off of work to do it since I'm at work when they're open. I can not get through to someone and now they're trying to put me on a month to month rate of $1,500. Do not move in here. They will not call you back then pull this stuff with you.
Tre was amazing throughout the entire process. He was friendly, patient and very understanding, which made everything much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate all of his help and professionalism.
