I was a resident at the Villas for about 5 years and recently relocated out of state. For me the best thing about the Villas is the property management team and property maintenance specialist as well as the beautiful Mediterranean architecture and relaxing landscaped grounds. I always found Victor the maintenance specialist to be very responsive, competent, professional, courteous, and kind. My mom has been at The Villas since they opened. It has been the best place for her. She feels safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to care for every person under their roof. It's always clean, the pool is crystal clear. The club house is welcoming and cozy. I love this place for my mom. I could never move my mom from her happy place.
