My mom has been at The Villas since they opened. It has been the best place for her. She feels safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to care for every person under their roof. It's always clean, the pool is crystal clear. The club house is welcoming and cozy. I love this place for my mom. I could never move my mom from her happy place.
The property in Colton is a godsend! I was in desperate need of senior housing for a loved one. After several calls to various other apartment communities, Ms. Ericka answered my call on the first try with her community. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate to our needs. Ms.Ericka gave us great advice and we were added to the waitlist. She showed so much empathy and compassion that I knew this would be the right community. Edward and I love living at The Villas for the last 10 years Manager Melinda and Assistant Manager Erika are the best Managers. Always making sure that you are happy tenants and they both are very caring, we couldn't ask for any better Managers.
My parents have been staying at the Villas for a few years now and I can only be grateful and thankful with management for always caring and making sure my parents enjoy their stay there. Erika not only takes her job very seriously but also she has the same care for her residents and I can’t thank her enough for being such an amazing asset to The Villas.
