DO NOT MOVE HERE. Would be 0 stars if possible. Previous owners were amazing but since Van Metre took over in early 2022 everything has gone downhill. Nothing has been maintained on the grounds or inside. We have had 2 break-ins in the last 4 months, once a vehicle and once a storage closet from which things were stolen. The office does not care at all about the break-ins and won't do anything about it. To break the lease, even under these circumstances, costs an extra $2500. Just awful management.
