Beware that you won't get back your security deposit. It's higher than other places ($1,000) and the management will use any opportunity to soak you. Also the parking gate is very noisy. You will hear it every time it opens and closes. And try to rest in the morning with the garbage truck shaking the whole building a 5am. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
