Had a mild surgery done and was impressed with the hospital staff and care. Nurse called about a week before to let me know the preparation steps. On surgery day, Pre-Op nurse was excellent, answered all questions and stayed nearby. Post op as well with various staff members was efficient and pleasant. Would give high marks with my experience

Okay so no ER visits are superb imo. Upon entering the er here Cameron and Barbara were prompt and professional. The first thing they rule out is heart attack so if you go in with chest pain you will be ushered back to have an ekg. If your not back to the waiting rm you go. While the wait was approx four hrs, I was treated with care and compassion. Barbara was specifically kind and caring. Cameron was all business but was nice as well. Most nurses are good, Ive been here since 2/18/28, but the ones I have today 2/27/26, are lazy, very unappreciated of this patient, take 45 mins to answer your call, has yet to take your lunch tray that's been here since 11:45 am, hasn't asked if I needed an water since 9am this morning.
The nurses were for the most part kind and competent. A few nurse assistants were rude and treated my dad disrespectfully but that's to be expected. The problem was discharging my dad when he was still sick and not knowing that my mom is in full blown dementia and I was alone and trying to care for both of them. They didn't ask me anything and I was the contact person for my dad. I was given misinformation on who would be available to help me, I had no one.
