I have had a tooth pulled at this location couple years ago had to go in here recently to have another tooth pulled while I was in the back the assistant came to do the X-ray on my tooth and apparently took the X-ray on somebody else's name. On top of that it was not clean dust everywhere the only good thing about this place was the bathroom was very clean the prices are outrageous here at this dentist. I had a good experience the first time I came here I had a bad experience the second time
They did even clean my teeth when that's what I went in for
Filthy. I left without having my child seen. Do not take your children here. This place is falling apart and dirty.
I can count on one hand how many times I’ve written a review. Take that for what it’s worth. What I experienced today needs to be heard by them, and potential new clients. I’m sure one of the employees will come after me and deny what truly happened, just as they tried to hide it while I was sitting there in the waiting room. And I don’t blame them. Doesn’t allow parents to be with kids. Claim it’s due to ada rules and hipaa. But have all treatment conversations with parents in the waiting room because that’s so much more private right? Took the day off work for nothing, thank you guys so much. My 3 kids canceled, the little girl before us canceled. That’s 4 patient spots that will make no money today.
