The company that owns this apartment complex is under fire for fraud, missing money and non-compliance with HUD regulations. If you can avoid going with HUD, by all means run far away from it. The system is rife with indifference and fraud, pandering to greedy real estate companies.

Worked for this Company in Georgia and Alabama in 2019. The company owes me 162K. Now the properties are being demolished and he company is being sued. How do I get my money without bankrupting myself. This companies uses small businesses.

Horrible management from this bunch of to be nice very shady in all of their dealings from NOT paying contractors to ripping off the tenants that have NO choice but to remain at the MERCY of them. Which is 0%. Office staff NOT available NO Maintenace NO lawn workers a poor lady tried to mow the lawn here and clip the hedges and mop the hallways etc.. HUD should be inspecting everything they supposedly manage as we TAX payers are getting ripped off big time and Tenants have NO choice as they get millions from the Government ... read more

This complex should get a negative zero if it can be rated as that it would definitely receive it this place is disgusting and they're very discriminating and retaliating and racism on top of all things don't bother moving here unless you want to have your stuff put on a curb they don't fix anything here either by the way and they let all these little bad little kids running around and destroy the apartment and color on things and Terrible's but then they want to be blaming you and then put you out!!! Its a dump

I can’t never reached nobody in the office 😒and when I did it was thru email and she told me I had to redo my application do to a spill in the mailbox after I turned in my application 2 months ago

I've lived at the covenant manor for 3 years they advertise it as senior and disabled housing, however the elderly residents are constantly in everyone's business. The report the smallest complaints to the property manager who I can only assumed small stature causes him to take his position of authority to the fullest . Sometimes in illegal and discriminatory ways. He has gone as far as reporting to the local USPS that residents no reside there leading to their mail being returned to sender.
